Bee
Season
by Myla Goldberg
Its
been a year or two since I read this great book
but it won't let go of me. Sticky as honey.
The writer, a young, hip Brooklynite, has an
amzaing imagination. The story of a girl, suffering
from recognizable school and family strife,
takes unexpected mystical and ordinary turns,
leading the reader on a tremendous journey which
lingers...even years afterwards. Jac highly
recommends it for a hot summer read.
